Key Features
1.Fast Batch Cold Brew — 1–3 Minutes per Cup
Traditional cold brew takes overnight. The KSS machine delivers a freshly extracted cup in just 1–3 minutes, with an output of 30–50 cups per hour. Keep up with morning rushes and midday peaks — brew directly into to-go cups — without pre-brewing, storing, or guessing batch freshness.
- 1–3 min / cup — freshly brewed, never sitting in a batch tank
- 30–50 cups / hour — built for high-volume service
- Café-quality flavor, ready at peak hours
2.Auto Water In & Pre-Infusion
A precision shower head delivers an even, uniform water stream across the entire coffee bed, followed by a controlled pre-soak that lets grounds bloom and degas before full extraction. One press starts a fully hands-off cycle — the machine handles water, timing, and flow so your team can focus on customers.
- Even water shower — uniform saturation, no channeling
- Uniform pre-soak — balanced extraction, brighter and smoother cup
- One press, hands-off cycle — consistent results with minimal training
3.Dial In Every Bean — Customizable Brew Parameters
Different beans demand different extraction. The intuitive touchscreen lets baristas adjust steep time, flow rate, and extraction strength to match each origin and roast profile. Save recipes and recall them with one tap — so a light Ethiopian and a dark Brazilian both taste exactly as intended, cup after cup.
- Adjustable Batch Time — control total extraction duration
- Controllable Flow Rate — fine-tune water delivery speed
- Selectable Extraction Level — match strength to bean character
- Save recipes — consistent results, every shift, every barista
4.Roast Profile Guidance
The machine supports three core roast profiles, each optimized for the bean’s natural flavor:
Roast Level | Flavor Profile | Suggested Use |
Light Roast | Floral & Bright | Single-origin pour-over style cold brew, tea-like body, vibrant acidity |
Medium Roast | Smooth & Balanced | House blend, everyday cold brew, caramel sweetness with clean finish |
Dark Roast | Rich & Bold | Bold cold brew lattes, chocolate and nutty notes, full body |
5.Commercial-Grade Build
Brushed stainless steel housing, matte-black control head, and a removable food-grade 300-mesh nylon filter are engineered for daily commercial use. The compact footprint fits any countertop, while the easy-clean drip tray and dishwasher-safe components keep service moving.
- Brushed stainless steel + matte black — premium countertop presence
- Removable food-grade 300-mesh nylon filter — easy loading and cleaning
- Intuitive color touchscreen — simple for any staff member
- Compact footprint — designed for cafés, kiosks, and offices
How It Works
The KSS Commercial Cold Brew Coffee Machine shares its core extraction technology with the KSS 60-Second Cold Brew Coffee Maker: high-speed centrifugal extraction. A centrifugal motor spinning at approximately 1,000 RPM drives the coffee grounds and room-temperature water into rapid, thorough contact — centrifugal force accelerates the extraction, completing each cycle in about one minute instead of the long, cold steeping traditional cold brew relies on.
- Centrifugal extraction — an approximately 1,000 RPM motor uses centrifugal force to accelerate contact between water and grounds, finishing each extraction cycle in about one minute
- Room-temperature water brewing — extraction runs on ambient-temperature water, delivering a full-flavored, refreshing, low-acidity cold brew
- Pre-infusion before extraction — water first fully wets the grounds and expels trapped air, making the extraction that follows more complete
- Repeatable extraction cycles — about one minute per cycle; repeat to step up strength (user-manual reference: dark roast 1–2 cycles, medium roast 2–3; light roast about 3 cycles, roughly 3 minutes per cup — optimal timing for some light roasts is best judged hands-on)
- Brewing inside the filter — grounds are held in the 300-mesh nylon filter during extraction, keeping the extracted coffee clean and clear
- Suggested coffee-to-water ratio 1:10–1:13 — e.g., 40g of coffee to 500ml of water, adjusted to taste
- Suggested grind size — fine-sugar coarseness, close to a cupping grind
- Suggested water temperature — cold water, or warm water with ice (best enjoyed promptly, before the melting ice dilutes the cup)
Barista’s Note
“Cold brew shouldn’t mean waiting 8 to 12 hours and hoping the batch turned out right. With the KSS machine, I can dial in a recipe for each bean, hit start, and serve a fresh, balanced cup three minutes later. It’s the consistency of a batch brewer with the freshness of a pour-over — and it pays for itself in labor and waste savings during peak service.” |
